Refund policy

All returned items must be as-new. You are responsible for the return shipping fee of $49. For orders under $150, this fee is $19.

All returns and exchanges must be sent with the original packaging to avoid a $50 repackaging fee.

After receiving the return our team will inspect it. Once found in as-new condition your refund will be issued.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@nutulu.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty

If your order arrives defective, take clear pictures from various angles of the item AND the boxes. Short videos are also welcome.

We offer a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship effective from the delivery date. Contact us for replacement parts, repair, or complete replacement.

Warranty is not valid on damages resulting from abnormal usage, negligence, accidents, modifications, misuse, or commercial use.
