Free Shipping
We offer free US shipping on all Nutulu.com orders. We currently only ship within the USA.
Unboxing and Box Removal
Unless you’re certain you want to keep your piece, we recommend folding the box(es) flat and storing it away. To avoid repacking fees, we ask that our delivery partners do not dispose of order boxes.
Certificate of Insurance
Our delivery partners can help set up a Certificate of Insurance for delivery. Please email us a template from your building's management (if they require a specific format). If building management does not require a specific format, provide the name, address, and dollar amount you need on the COI.
Refused Delivery
In the instance you refuse your order delivery, let us know. We'll exchange the order for an item that better suits your space. You will be charged or refunded the price difference. You will not be charged additional shipping charges.
Otherwise, refused orders will be considered a return. Once we receive the item, you will be issued a refund. You will, however, be responsible for the $49 shipping charge. There may be a delay in issuing the refund if you do not notify us of the refused delivery.
If you refuse an item due to damage or defect, please send us photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
Split Deliveries
When ordering several items we often deliver them individually to get them to you quicker.
Cancellations
To cancel an order log in to "My Account." Near the order, click the "Cancel Order" button. We will then send you a confirmation email.
If you cancel before your item ships, we will issue a full refund. If the item already shipped, a $49 fee applies. It can take up to 10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your space. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason at all, you may simply return or exchange it.
The first exchange per order ships free.
